Description
Location. The Housez Suites and Apartments are located in Istanbul, Turkey, in the Macka residential district, 100 metres from shops and nightlife, and two kilometres from the sights of the Old Town which include the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar.
Hotel Features. The Housez Suites is a modern building of apartments and suites. The air conditioned lobby has a 24 hour front desk with currency exchange, complimentary wireless Internet access is available throughout, and there is room service during restaurant opening hours. There is fitness equipment on site, and Valet parking is complimentary.
The Pomodoro Restaurant at the Housez Suites serves Italian and Turkish dishes for lunch and dinner, with vegetarian and children's menus available. A daily continental breakfast is complimentary. There is also a bar serving a range of drinks.
Guests have complimentary access to a nearby fitness centre which offers swimming, tennis, aerobics, and Pilates.
Apartments. The 24 air conditioned apartments at Housez Suites have contemporary decor in cream and chocolate tones, and include kitchenettes with microwaves. Marble bathrooms include rain showers, hair dryers, bathrobes, and complimentary toiletries. All apartments include satellite television, DVD players, CD players, direct dial phones, wireless Internet access, safes and minibars.

Distance to Housez Suites is 30 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Housez Suites offer a shuttle service from the airport for surcharge. Alternatively a taxi direct to the residence costs approximately 40 TRY. Taxis wait outside Arrivals; fixed prices are in place and at night, there is a 50 per cent surcharge. Both airport terminals are connected to the metro system, which runs to the city centre. Single tickets cost approximately 1 TRY. The Havas Airport bus departs every 30 minutes for the main bus terminal and Taksim Square in central Istanbul, two kilometres from the residence. Journey time is approximately 30 minutes. Bus number 96 runs between the airport and the city centre, and a shuttle bus runs to the port. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Istanbul's extensive public transport system includes buses, underground trains, trains, trams, sea buses, and ferries. Tickets can be purchased from main stops, stations, or kiosks prior to boarding. Istanbul's yellow taxis are reasonably priced, but travellers should ensure the meter is used. A cheaper alternative is to use a 'dolmus' (minibus or shared taxi). Driving is not advised for visitors.
Driving directions. From Istanbul Ataturk Airport, head for the city centre and take the D100.
On crossing over the main bridge, continue as the road becomes the O 1.
Turn right at the junction with and onto Barbaros Boulevard.
Turn right at the T junction with Besiktas Cad.
Turn right onto Suleyman Seba Cad, where the Housez Suites are found.

Rome
